Wash n Roughly chop tomatoes, add ginger garlic, Onion, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, black cardamom, black pepper, red chilli in it. Cover n cook on low flame for 30 minutes.

Cool down, blend n strain them

Cook again with vinegar, sugar, salt, red chilli powder for 20-25 minutes or until thickens.

Keep in fridge for 2-3 weeks. Keep in freezer for 2-3 months, take out n keep on room temperature when it's needed.
