  • 5-10bananas
  • 2 tbspnPeanut Butter
  • 1/2 lMilk or A sugar syrup
  • I teaspoonful sugar
  • 1Avocado

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and Peel The bananas and in a concasse (roughly chopped)

  2. 2

    Wash the Avocado and dice them, and put both bananas and Avocado in a Blender

  3. 3

    Add you Peanut butter,Small amount sugar,Milk /syrup and completely blend into a thick consistency

  4. 4

    Chill and serve,Damn Delicious 🤤
