Soak Rice and Murmura(Puffed rice) separately in water for 4hours

Now put 2tbsp of white oil in pan, wait for 1min then add Sliced tomatoes and garlic. Fry it for 5-6min and add little water and cover it for 5min. After 5min switch off your oven and make it cool.

After sometime put it mixer grinder and add salt as per your taste. Make a paste of it. Put little white oil in pan and add black mustard seeds, red Chilis and Curry leaves. Fry them for 2-3 mins and add it with that paste. Your Chutney is ready.

Now put Rice, Murmura, Salt and 5gm Meethi powder into mixer grinder and make a smooth paste.

Now hit your frying pan properly. Put some paste on Frying pan and cover it for 3-4min. Your Dosa is ready to serve.
