  1. 3Tagliatelles nest or 100g spaghetti
  2. 2closed cup mushrooms
  3. 2prosciutto slices
  4. 1 sliceCambonzola cheese
  5. 1 handfulspinach leaves
  6. 1bit of unsalted butter
  7. 1egg yolk

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small frying pan on low heat add butter and mushrooms

  2. 2

    Add the crumbles prosciutto slices then add the Cambonzola

  3. 3

    Cook your pasta Al dente

  4. 4

    Add ground pepper and spinach leaves plus a bit of garlic paste.
    Let it simmer while the pasta are cooking.

  5. 5

    Drain your pasta and plate add egg yolk on top and mix well.
