#Kulcha is a popular soft leavened North Indian flatbread. It can be made in the tandoor as well as on a tawa or griddle. Here I have made it in pressure cooker.

#Kulcha is a popular soft leavened North Indian flatbread. It can be made in the tandoor as well as on a tawa or griddle. Here I have made it in pressure cooker.
Steps

Take a mixing bowl. Add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, cooking Oil, curd, baking powder and baking soda and mix all ingredients well.

Now knead the dough with the help of water. Cover it with a wet napkin. Rest for 1/2 an hour.

Keep a pressure cooker on medium flame and heat it for 5 minutes.

Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Keep coriander leaves and cumin seeds and press it. Now roll Kulcha like a chapati. It should be little thick.

Now apply water on one side of rolled Kulcha and set it inside pressure cooker wall. Place the cooker upside down on flame. And roast it by rotating the pressure cooker on flame till golden. Remove the Kulcha with the help of knife and cook this side directly on flame.

Serve the Kulcha hot with chhole and salad.
