This is my family's teriyaki recipe! Even though my son doesn't like marmalade, he can eat this too.

Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsChicken wing mid-section
  2. 120 mlSoy sauce
  3. 120 mlMarmalade

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook chicken wings on a frying pan until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, mix soy sauce and marmalade in a bowl. Then pour over chicken wings.

  3. 3

    Reduce the sauce for about 5 minutes, simmering over medium heat.

  4. 4

    Simmer until sauce becomes thicken and shiny!
