Easy Teriyaki Chicken Wings with Sesame Seeds

I am uploading recipes using "Teryaki Sauce".

-If you don't have katakuriko potato, you can omit it. However katakuriko thickens the sauce and coats the chicken well.
-Please be careful not to burn the sauce.
-I usually add sesame seeds after turning off the heat as I'm afraid of popping the seeds. But you can mix sesame seeds and sauce together first. Recipe by meg526

Ingredients

  1. 20Chicken wing mid section
  2. 1Salt and pepper
  3. 1Katakuriko
  4. 1Vegetable oil
  5. Teriyaki Sauce (Recipe ID: 1415913)
  6. 2 tspSugar
  7. 2 tspSoy sauce
  8. 2 tspMirin
  9. 2 tsp○ Sake
  10. 1 tbspSesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Salt and pepper to chicken wings and coat evenly with katakuriko. Use a plastic bag! Put in the ○ ingredients and shake well. Easy.

    Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan, then add the chicken wings. -Cook one side first and flip over. I suggest you cover with a lid and steam-fry over low heat.

    Meanwhile, make the teriyaki sauce. Mix all ○ ingredients in a bowl.

    Once wings have cooked, pat excess oil with kitchen paper if necessary. Then pour sauce in the frying pan.

  5. 5

    Cook until the sauce starts to thicken, then turn off as soon as possible. Sprinkle sesame seeds and coat well at the end.
