Wash peel and grate lauki

In a heavy bottom pan keep milk on flame to boil. Boil it stirring continuously till it becomes half.

Now add lauki in it and let the milk disappear.

Now add condensed milk and sugar as per taste.

Now stir till everything is indulged.

Garnish with bits and saffron strands
