Cooking Instructions

Combine oats and unsweetened soy milk (1:1 ratio) in a cup. This ratio prevents the oats from becoming too watery. Place in the fridge or set aside while preparing the other ingredients.

Dice half of the dragon fruit and set aside.

Mix 10-20g of dragon fruit with some yogurt to create a colored yogurt for layering in the oatmeal cup.

Take out the oatmeal cup. First, layer with some plain unsweetened yogurt. Second, add 1 3/4 oz (about 1/3 cup) of chocolate cereal balls for texture. Third, add the remaining plain unsweetened yogurt. Fourth, add the colored yogurt to create a layered effect.

Finally, top with the diced dragon fruit, and garnish with blueberries and raisins.
