Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupfresh whipped cream
  • 1/4th cup melted dark chocolate ice cream
  • as requiredCocoa powder(optional)
  • 1/2 bowlChico chips(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the cream with an electric beater real well so that it wells up and becomes soft.

  2. 2

    Melt chocolate by double boiler method. Mix the chocolate with the cream real well

  3. 3

    Place a piping bag in a glass. Fill it with the mousse
    In a container remove the mousse in a circular fashion leaving a design

  4. 4

    Garnish with cocoa powder or choco chips

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for atleast30 mins. Serve as a cold dessert
