  • 1.75 lbspork belly (800 grams)
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 3 headsgarlic
  • 1 cupcooked rice (about 200 grams)

    Cut the pork belly into pieces and wash thoroughly.

    Pound the garlic, salt, and cooked rice together until well combined.

    Mix the pounded mixture with the pork and knead until evenly coated.

    Place the mixture in a bag, squeeze out the air, and tie tightly. Leave at room temperature for 2-3 days, depending on how sour you like it.

    Once it reaches your desired sourness, fry the pork until fully cooked.
