Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 130 gramsSweet potato
  2. 20 gramsWhite caster sugar (superfine sugar)
  3. 20 mlHeavy cream
  4. 10 gramsUnsalted (butter or margarine)
  5. 1Egg yolk for glazing
  6. 1☆Egg (optional)
  7. 1 dash☆ Lemon juice (optional)
  8. 1 dash☆ Salt (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the skins and chop the sweet potatoes. Steam in a steamer to soften. Bring the butter and cream to room temperature.

    Mash the steamed sweet potatoes.

    Add the butter, heavy cream, and ☆ ingredients to Step 2. Mix very well. Preheat the oven to 190℃ for 30 minutes.

    Arrange the shapes and place on parchment paper. Brush the surface with egg yolk, using a pastry brush. Bake for 30 minutes in the 190℃ preheated oven.

    Once they have finished baking, they're done.
