Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsugar powder
  • As neededWhipping cream
  • 1 litrefull cream milk
  • 1lemon
  • 1 packetAmul butter
  • 1 packetnutri choice biscuits
  • as requiredWhite compound chocolate
  • as requiredYellow and red food colour

Steps

30 minutes

    Homemade CHEESE
    Take 1 litr full cream milk.
    Heat up not boil.
    Squeeze 1 lemon
    Milk will burst and we will get panner.

    Once we get paneer drain out water and keep the paneer water aside.

    We get the panner.Don't wash the paneer as we want the sourness of lemon to be retained.

    Take paneer in grinder jar add salt and the paneer water and grind.

    Here is our basic creamy cheese Ready.

    In a grinder jar add 1 packet nutri choice biscuits, 1 bowl sugar powder and 1 packet amul butter.
    Grind all and make a mixture.

    Biscuit powder ready.

    In a jar add 2 chopped mangoes and grind.
    Mango pulp ready.

    Take one small bowl whipping cream. Beat until stiff peaks form.

    Add the homemade cheese two big spoon. And beat again.

    Now add the 2 mango pulp with cream and cheese and beat all.

    Take a 7 inch oil greased cake mould put the biscuits crust onto the mould and spread evenly.

    Keep in fridge for 10 minutes.

    Put the cream,cheese and mango pulp mix on crust evenly.
    Keep in fridge for 10 minutes.

    MAKING CHOCOLATE GANACHE
    Melt 1 bar of white compound chocolate in double boiler and mix in 1/4 cup of warm whipping cream and add 1/2 tbsp yellow and 1/2 tbsp red food colour in whipping cream.

    Mix all.

    Pour the ganache on the layer of mango mousse and spread out evenly.

    Keep in fridger overnight.
