Soak half kg chana a night before..next day boil chanas while adding salt n water to it

Now add oil to a kadai add few whole spices such as 2 long black pepper 1cinnamon tej pata now add ginger garlic paste saute it n dein add chopped onions saute until they are brown now add hlf tsp of spices should be added acc to taste...now add tomatoes n keep it in low flame when the masala leaves oil that means masala is ready..now add boil chana to it n keep it on gas until gravy thickens..your chole is ready

For bhature you have to take maida add curd 250 gm to pinch of salt to be added..now makw a dough of it n keep dough in rest for an hour..once dough is ready make small chapati from these dough n fry it..your bhature aur ready
