When I bought prawns on sale at the supermarket, there were all different sizes and some were too small to cook with mayonnaise or chili sauce.I used these small ones to make this tasty stir-fry dish. With this recipe, the small prawns become a main dish.At step 4, heat ginger and garlic over low heat. I always do step 1-4 beforehand. While I wait for my husband returning home from work, I repeat a process of turning up the heat, turning it off when the pan gets too hot, and letting the pan cool. This flavours the oil and makes it aromatic. Recipe by Hichan cookpad.japan -

Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper
I think this is a pretty ordinary recipe, but it's too simple, so it doesn't come up in a search. And I thought that rather than just stir-frying, following just a few helpful hints could make this common dish really delicious, so I decided to post this recipe. We use an electircal cooktop in our home. Since you do not directly salt the cabbage, its flavor really comes out and the flavor of the salt and peppered pork belly doesn't get too strong. It's healthy since no oil is used. The ingredients are cheap and it's ready in only 15 minutes, so it's convenient. Recipe by Rerere3brothers cookpad.japan -
