Black Pepper Stir Fry

I love pepper, I took an old stir fry recipe my mom used, changed the veggies, and added lots of pepper. Inspired by the Panda Express pepper chicken dish. Works well with fish too.

In a bowl mix the salt, 1 tablespoon black vinegar, 1 tablespoons fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon chili oil, 3 tablespoons of corn starch and 1/2 teaspoon ginger. Add the raw chicken mix well and marinade for 15 minutes
- 3
Mix the rest of the fish sauce, black vinegar ginger and chili oil with the black pepper, set aside.
- 4
Cut up your vegetables into even prices.
- 5
Add oil to a wok or large frying pan, get it hot. Add the chicken, stir fry until it is done. Set it aside.
- 6
In the same pan add more oil, stir fry the vegetables for about 2 minutes. You want them still crunchy.
- 7
Add the chicken and the pepper sauce mixture, stir to combine. Once the pepper sauce is coating everything turn off the heat and enjoy.

If you want to double this for more people, only increase soy sauce, corn starch, garlic and cooking wine by half of the amount shown.Use the black pepper amount that is right for you. I used 3 tsp and it was too much for my wife, and had some bite to it for sure. But I loved it. Very heavy black pepper flavor. 1 - 1 1/2 tsp. might be a better starting point for most people. Careful with the garlic also, it can also add a bite to the sauce. Fo Fa -
Easy Black Pepper Turkey Stir-fry Easy Black Pepper Turkey Stir-fry
My husband and I both like the black pepper chicken from Panda Express. In an attempt to recreate it using an authentic Chinese recipe, I realized I didn't have chicken, so used ground turkey instead.*can be made using diced chicken thighs (or breast) as well - but I would recommend marinating them in a cornstarch, water & ginger mix NayNay77 -

Eggs and Pepper Stir Fry Eggs and Pepper Stir Fry
This 10-minute eggs and pepper stir fry is one of my daughter’s favorites—she asks for it at least once a week! Tearing the peppers by hand is so easy—no need for perfect cuts. I like to scramble the eggs into big chunks because they stay tender and have more flavor. Cook the garlic and scallions, then add the peppers, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir in the eggs for a minute, and you’re done! It’s simple, delicious! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -

Chicken and Garlic Stir-fry with Black Pepper Chicken and Garlic Stir-fry with Black Pepper
I ate a tasty squid version of this at a Thai restaurant near my home. I tried to make a chicken version. The key is to use a lot of garlic and black pepper. (It doesn't have much flavour if you only use a little.) I used skinless thigh meat, but it is also nice with chicken breast meat. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki cookpad.japan -
Green Bell Pepper and Shiitake Garlic Stir-fry Green Bell Pepper and Shiitake Garlic Stir-fry
I stir fried a freshly harvested bunch of bell peppers with Japan-grown garlic and butter-flavored margarine. The garlic I used was particularly aromatic, so I used 2 cloves, but generally 1 clove will do.When stir frying the bell peppers, flip them when they are roasted. You don't have to constantly toss the pan (as in Chinese style stir fry). Recipe by 1630412 cookpad.japan
