So on this one I used a Bobby Flay’s perfect burger recipe that’s usually my go to set up for tonight’s quick burger and it’s very very good recipe and it’s very simple but on this one I did a half and half one was a Coni Island style burger with Coney Island chili pickle sandwich cheese burger the other half was the same style cheeseburger but I have a special sauce that’s a secret I’m not ready to reveal it yet but it’s good and I have to admit on this one I normally make the Greek pasta salad myself this one came from the big Y deli very very good

Ingredients

1hr
4 servings
  1. 80/20Depending on how many burgers I do quarter pounder’s so there you go Ground beef
  2. American cheese one slice per burger or whatever cheese you prefer
  3. Homemade Coney Island chili
  4. Secret white sauce
  5. Just some basic black sandwich pickles
  6. Salt pepper
  7. Olive oil
  8. Brioche buns

Cooking Instructions

1hr
  1. 1

Take the ground beef where are your quarter pounder‘s 6 ounces each do a three-quarter pack not super tight season extremely well with salt pepper and a little bit of olive oil and make a nice little dimple in the middle with your thumb

  2. 2

With your grill on high sear you’re the first side of the burger, then one flipbut that’s it for a few minutes then add your cheese on

  3. 3

Now in the meantime you should have buttered your brioche buns and put them on the top rack to toast your Coney Island chili should be nice and warm by now and your secret white sauce should be ready to go

  4. 4

Once your cheese is melted and your buns are nice and toasted just put the burger on the bun I cut mine and a half and I do a slice of pickles and a Coney Island chili on have a almond secret white sauce on the other half and served it with a Greek Pasta salad I had corn on the cob going but somebody left the gas on and the burner so I had to change the tank out in the middle of thinking things were cooking so make sure that doesn’t happen to you

  5. 5

Yeah after that our asses up to you what you wanna do with the rest of your meal enjoy

  6. 6

Added Chef tip: take a saucer cap or stainless steel bowl, Something grill worthy And put it over the burgers about the cheese and a little more formality tell cops around the entire burger but be careful because there’s a fine line
