Ingredients

  • Veg oil for frying
  • 2 poundsshrimp peeled
  • 1/4 cupheavy cream
  • 2small eggs
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 cupseasoned panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsponions powder
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1& 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cupsweet chili sauce
  • 1 tspchili oil flakes
  • 2-3 tbspsiracha

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil on level 6. Peel shrimp, mix in whipped eggs and heavy cream.

  2. 2

    Do not bread ahead of time to prevent soggyness. Cook til brown and crispy and toss in sauce that’s heated up for 1 min and mixed. Serve hot!
