Forment the yeast with warm water and sugar.Take a mixing bowl put a ingredients mix well,to make a dough cover it & rest it 1 hour.

After one hours again knead it.Take some portion from dough roll it as a big roti &little thick.Cut it with a cookie cutter.Take a microwave plate put a parchment paper put the biscuits,greased with oil & wated,sprinkle little salt,than microwave it with a preheated microwave for 4 to 5 mints.

Salted maida biscuits are ready.cool it.

Serve with a cup of tea.Preserve it with a airtight container.
