Steps
- 1
Take warm milk and add powdered sugar, melted butter and dry yeast. Rest for 10 minutes.
- 2
After 10 minutes add 2 cup maida and salt to taste. Mix with spoon (do not knead). Rest for 1 hour.
- 3
After that add 1/2 cup maida and knead it for 10 to 15 min (till it doesn't stick to your hands). Cover it.
- 4
Mix softened butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Roll the dough. Make rectangular shape and apply cinnamon mixture properly. Roll it. Cut them with thread (it's easy to cut it that way). Grease the tin and apply some dry flour to it. Place the rolls in tin and cover with cling wrap or wet cloth and set for 40 min. - 5
Bake these rolls in preheated oven at 180° for 25 to 30 min.
After removing from oven apply butter on it. - 6
CHEESE FROSTING:-
Mix cream cheese, sugar powder, vanilla essence and butter. Apply this cream cheese frosting on rolls.
