Steps

Gather up the ingredients

Prepare the white sauce. Take a sufuria, put the margarine, on ver low heat.., add in the flr n keep mixing until flour is cooked. Switch off. Add in the milk gradually mixing thoroughly and immediately.

Put on heat and keep mixing until it boils. Lower heat n keep mixing, it will thicken. Add in half the cheese, salt n pepper and mix. Remove from heat

Prepare a simple red sauce.. Nothing hectic, put 2 tbsp fresh veg oil in a sufuria, fry the onion to pink. Add in chilli powder

Add in tomato sauce /puree and mix. Add in the boiled kima. Mix, keep aside

Boil the pasta with 2 tsp salt. Drain when ready.

Place in a casserole dish/lasagna dish/baking dish. Pour in the white sauce, the onion red minced meat sauce and combine all with two forks.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the dish and bake for 8 to 10mins

Serve hot..
