First wash kathal pieces very well then take 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.add kathal pieces in this and cook for a whistle.release the pressure naturally.after cool it mash it with your hands.

In a mixing bowl add mashed kathal.add all the powder spices mention above.add chopped onion,ginger, mint leaves and green chilli.add roasted gram flour.mix all very well.

From the mixture make lemon size balls.flat with your palm and give the shape of kabab.prepare all kababs.then heat oil in a pan.shallow fry these kababs on medium flame from both side until they turn crisp and golden brown.
