First Take the mushrooms and clean it with lukewarm water properly..then cut it into two pieces

Then Take capsicum,onion,chilli, chopped Ginger-garlic

After that take a pan..and oil brush into the pan.. and then fry onion firstly then ginger garlic,chilies and capsicum respectively and then add mushroom and some salt so that it will be soft and toss the pan

And after the whole thing will be soft then add soya sauce,tomato sauce and chilli sauce respectively.and mix it well. If you want dry chilli Mushroom then you can serve it now but if you want Gravy then at this time add 1/2 cup water.and after 5mins serve it.

So now ready to serve Chilli Mushroom. It's really healthy and tasty.. Because here I don't use much oil or sugar. So you can add it in you diet chaat..
