Whisk eggs in medium bowl and add in both

Add both milk portions and the remainder of the ingredients and whip.

Let rest and cover, while pan is heating with butter to coat bottom of the pan.

Makes about 10 large slices, dredge bread and place on foil or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Let sit in the fridge for overnight if you desire a more custard style interior or use right

Cook both sides on medium low heat sprinkling the top with a little cinnamon brown sugar before serving.
