Homemade Champon~ Enjoy Chinese-style Noodles with Pasta Abroad

I live in a German town and there is no ramen noodle bar. I want to eat ramen!
I tried to make this because it is cold and this dish warms me.

☆To make Chinese-style noodles, cook the pasta in boiling water with bicarbonate of soda, following the cooking time on the package.
You don't need to buy Chinese-style noodles anymore!
For the champon dishes, use normal spaghetti, for thin ramen noodles use capellini and for fried noodles, use thin spaghetti. Recipe by Seven eleven
