Ingredients

  1. 2 smallPork loin cutlet
  2. 1/4 smallCabbage
  3. 350 gramsPlain cooked rice
  4. 2 tbsp○Japanese Worcestershire-Style Sauce (tonkatsu sauce)
  5. 1 tbsp○Soy sauce
  6. 2 tbsp○Sugar
  7. 1 tbsp○Sake
  8. 1 tbsp○Mirin
  9. 50 ml○Water

Cooking Instructions

    Shred the cabbage and soak it in water.

  2. 2

    Add all the ○ ingredients to a pot.

  3. 3

    Bring it to a boil!

  4. 4

    This is a simple roasted pork cutlet. Gently heat it up in a microwave. Of course, you can use fillets or chicken.

    It's delicious either bite-sized or uncut! Dip it in sauce.

    Marinate it!

    Put the well drained cabbage on top of the rice.
