Heat oil to right temp

Slice pickles thinly longwise

Place pickles on paper towel to dry out a bit

Mix flour cornmeal salt pepper paprika and beer. Add a bit more beer for softer batter

Dust pickles with flour and then drenge in batter

Fry pickles for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown

For dipping sauce process chipotle peppers adobo sauce and mayo untill smooth.

Remove.pickles and drain on paper towel

Enjoy with spicy mayo and serve warm
