Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 200 gramsShirataki noodles
  2. 1pack Natto
  3. 1 1/2 tspeach Grated ginger and garlic
  4. 2 tspeach Doubanjiang, miso, chicken soup stock granules
  5. 2 tbspGround sesame seeds
  6. 80 mlSoy milk or milk
  7. 50 mlWater
  8. 1Ra-yu, pepper

Cooking Instructions

    They are all common ingredients you'll have in your fridge.

    Briefly pan-fry the shirataki noodles without cutting them up.

  3. 3

    Mix in the natto with its sauce, and continue pan-frying.

    Add all the remaining ingredients except for ra-yu!! Stir and simmer a while It will also be good to add Japanese leeks and mushrooms!

    Natto makes this dish! The natto smell will disappear, so it's ok even for the people who don't like it.

    Sprinkle with ra-yu and pepper, and enjoy.
