It's awesome when served with sauce or chutney.

Steps

Soak daal for 4 hours,wash it neatly.

Put it in sieve to drain water,then grind coarsely in mixer,add ginger garlic paste,green chillie paste,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt mix well.Then add chopped onion mix well.

Heat oil on medium flame. Drop pakodas as usual in hot oil.

When I turn the pakodas,slow the flame and deep fry neatly from all sides,then take out on tissue paper,to absorb extra oil.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.Enjoy in rainy season.
