Best starter dish to serve. I added raw banana to give healthy look. You can reduce quantity of potato here.
Steps

Take boiled corn, potato & raw banana. Peel the skin of potato & raw banana. Smash them. Grind boiled corn in mixer to coarse texture.

Take ground corn, smashed potato & raw banana in a bowl. Add garlic green chilli, ginger paste,jeera powder, salt,sugar, cornflour and bread crumb. Then add chopped coriander and lemon juice. Mix it well.

Make tikkis of this mixture. Coat tikkis with bread crumb. And keep tikkis in fridge to set for 10 min.

Take pan add oil and place tikkis in pan to shallow fry. You can deep fry tikkis here. It is up to you. I shallow fried all tikkis from both the sides till golden brown.

Serve tikkis with tomato sauce or green chutney.
