Make sugar syrup by boiling water sugar and lemon juice. and keep aside. Wash and soak methi seeds. and boil them in the same Water.

Grease a baking tray and keep it aside.mix maida and suji and oil using your fingers rub the oil into the mixture completely. Add methi seeds.dalchini.fennel.baking powder. yeast and salt. Now add methi water. knead well till the dough is smooth. Spread in the baking tray. keep it for 1 hour before placing it in the oven.

Bake for30 minutes or more keep checking if not done keep for 5 minutes. once done pour the sugar syrup all over. let it soak in the syrup.it will taste better the next day.
