Ingredients

  • For Chaat:
  • 250 gmsChickpeas
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspCumin seeds,roasted,crushed
  • 1/4 tspBlack Salt
  • 2 CupsYoghurt
  • 1 mediumOnion
  • 1Potato large
  • 1Tomato small
  • Coriander leaves a handful
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 1 1/2 tbspChaat Masala
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 1/4 tspYellow Colour
  • For Chutney:
  • 1Raw mango
  • 5Green Chillies
  • 1/2 CupCoriander leaves
  • 1/4 cupMint leaves
  • 1/2 tspChaat masala
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chickpeas overnight.

    Next day,boil till tender.

    Peel and boil potato whole with colour till tender.

    Finely chop all the vegetables.
