In a bowl add flour,salt, ginger and dessicated coconut

Knead flour to dough

Knead until dough don't stick on your palm

Cover with a dump cloth and leave to rest for 30 min

Take one piece and roll to 6" wide

Sprinkle oil

Smear oil to cover the whole surface and sprinkle small flour

Cut a small line from center

Roll it

Turk in the last edge

Repeat the process for all the pieces

After ten minutes roll back,as you heat your pan

Dry both sides,it will raise as if you added a raising agent

Add oil and fry to a nice golden color
