Ingredients

  1. 1 kgBeef
  2. 1 packNihari masala
  3. Onion thinly sliced
  4. 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  5. Half tspGaram masala
  6. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add oil..saute onions..add meat n bhunify it.

  2. 2

    Then add nihari masala n all spices..bhunify it

  3. 3

    Add water and let it simmer until meat gets tender..I used pressure cooker for beef..

  4. 4

    Now take half cup wheat flour and dissolve it in water..

  5. 5

    Add in nihari until desired consistency is achieved...

    Serve with green chillies, coriander, lemon and ginger...
