To make a yakhni,Boil mutton 🍖 in a water.add salt,sabut garam masala,green chillies.,ginger garlic paste.sliced onions.

After 1st boil.add sounf sabut dhaniya too.cover it.cook it for an hour on medium flame.until unless meqt is sof and tender

Meanwhile soak rice.and prepare masala for rice.fry onions in oil add leaves and both zeera.saute it for a min.add all sabut garam masala,badiyan,jaifal javitri.add ginger garlic paste and sauté it

After 5 mins add salt tomatoes green chillies,sabut lal mirch.saute it.add yogurt.fry it until unless all spices mix together. and oil separate. then add meat from yakhni.fry it for 5 mins

Then add yakhni in it.bring it to boil.then add salt.

After 1st boil add soaked rice in it

Add chooped coriander and hand crushed green cardamom, jaifal javitri and badiyan k phool in dum.turn the flame on low for 15 min.

Served wirh raita and 🥗 and brown fried onions 🌰
