Wash and pat dry the mutton. Then put the mutton pieces in a bowl add ginger garlic paste, bay leaves, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and the sliced onions mix well and marinate it for half an hour.

Then heat oil in a pressure cooker and add the marinated meat do not add water, close the lid first cook on high flame till the first whistle then slows till the meat is tender.

Then empty the meat in a Kadai, add haldi powder mix and cook on high flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Then add curds,1 tbsp crushed black pepper cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes so that all the ingredients are cooked. Then add sliced ginger, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, and 1 tbsp black pepper mix well and cook on slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Off the flame. It's ready to Serve.
