Salty Carrot and Green Pepper Kinpira Stir-Fry

I wanted a colorful side-dish to pack in my bento, and this is what I came up with.
Using salt instead of soy sauce gives this kinpira stir-fry a beautiful color. Recipe by Cherry mama49

Steps
- 1
Julienne the carrot and green peppers.
- 2
Fry the carrot in sesame oil and add all the seasonings when softened.
- 3
When the liquid has reduced by half, add the green peppers.
- 4
Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add sesame oil and black sesame seeds for extra flavor. This makes a great side-dish in bento boxes.
