I made these pakodas with leftover pesarattu or moong dal batter and besan. It's really very crispy n tasty.

I made these pakodas with leftover pesarattu or moong dal batter and besan. It's really very crispy n tasty.
Steps

Add besan n rice flour to moong dal batter. Add sliced onions. Chop curry leaves, coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, grated ginger to the mixture. Add salt.

Mix well. Take oil in Kadai and drop the mixture in a small round shape in oil. Deep fry on both sides till golden color.

Once done remove from Kadai n Serve.
