Ingredients

45 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1 1/2-2 lbsChicken (I cooked 3 for the picture)
  2. 1 (10 oz)can of Cream of Chicken
  3. 1 (10 oz)can of Cream of Celery
  4. 8 ozSour Cream
  5. 1 (10 oz)can of milk 🥛
  6. 2 cupsShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  7. 1 teaspoonCelery Salt
  8. 1/2 tspSalt and Pepper
  9. Frozen Peas and Carrots
  10. Biscuits
  11. Optional: 1/2 cup Carolina Reeper shredded cheese mixed with 3 cheese blends
  12. 2 1/2Bisque
  13. 2/3 cupmilk 🥛
  14. Optional: add more milk to the Bisque mix to thin it out for a crust

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil chicken until cooked all the way through. Remove from heat and let cool.

    Combine Soups, Sour Cream, Milk, and Frozen Peas and Carrots in a medium saucepan and allow to heat up.

    Shredd chicken and add to the soup mixture.

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into a casserole dish.

  5. 5

    Add Shredded Cheese.

  6. 6

    Mix biscuit dough.

  7. 7

    Drop onto chicken and soup mixture.

  8. 8

    Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes. Some ovens run hot, some not so much. Check on it at the 30 minute mark.
