Double Chocolate Cookies with Almond Flour

Before starting, preheat your oven to 300°F.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl: almond flour, egg, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, baking powder, coconut oil, and cocoa powder (except the chocolate chips) to form the dough. It will be sticky.

Once the dough is ready, shape the cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chips as well.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F.

When you take them out of the oven, let them cool completely so they don't fall apart. They will look dry on the outside but will be soft inside! Enjoy :D
