Spanish Style Milk Fish (Bangus)

The hubby and I's take on Spanish Style Sardines using Milk Fish or bangus in Tagalog.
We're using a 9L capacity Pressure Cooker, since that's the only one available. You may adjust the oil and water according to your pressure cooker size.

Steps
- 1
Salt the fish generously, leave for at least 1hr in the chiller.
- 2
Wash, drain, and pat the fish dry.
- 3
Arrange all your dry ingredients in a pressure cooker.
- 4
Pour in oil and water. The water should be at least 1/2"to a 1" higher than the rest of the ingredients.
- 5
Cook using the pressure cooker for at least 1hr 15 mins, in low fire once the regulator starts whistling.
- 6
After cooling the pressure cooker off, check if the oil and water is reduced to your liking. Add another 15 to 45 mins of cooking time, according to your liking.
