I tried this Tindora Chutney recipe of @cook_7838056 Divyaji.
It was awesome
I just made a minute change, I used lemon juice instead of Tamarind.

Wash and cut the Tindora in round slices. Roughly chop the chillies too. In a pan heat oil and add the Tindora and chillies and stir fry till Tindora gets cooked and it changes its colour. For about 10-15 minutes on medium flame. Then let in cool. In a mixer grinder, put all ingredients and make it into a paste.

Heat oil in a pan for tempering. Add in the tempering ingredients. Once the mustard and Cumin seeds start cracking, add in the Tindora paste and mix well. Serve it with Steamed Rice Enjoy !
