Steps

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices as shown

Now mix corn flour and salt and fold the potatoes in it
Heat the oil and fry them on high flame till done from all sides - 3
Now take a pan add butter n let ut melt than add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and sauté it

Add red chili and saute than add fried potatoes and stir well for 2,3 minutes than add tomato ketchup and toss the potatoes well.. cook for 2,3 minutes more..
