Ingredients

4 persons
  1. 600 gmBeef boti
  2. 1 tbstikka boti masala
  3. 2 tbsbehari kabab masala
  4. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tbsraw papaya paste
  6. 1 tspharaa masala (blended coriander, chili and mint)
  7. 1onion medium (golden brown)
  8. 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  9. 1/2 cupyogurt
  10. 1lemon juice
  11. 1 tspred chili powder
  12. 2 tbscream
  13. Oil for marination and for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your meat and cut into 1. 1/2 inch chunks or cubes. Start putting all spices (tikka masala and behari kabab masala)

    Add hara masala, raw powder, fried onions, chili powders, ginger garlic paste with yogurt. Squeeze 1 lemon juice

    Add some cream, drizzle oil and mix it with hand. Leave it for 3-4 hours.

    After 4 hours, I just put in a pot and leave it for an hour in medium flame. Once it softs and tender. I pour oil on tawa and put all meat there.

    Start frying on tawa for good 4-5 mins. If it dry I splash up water.

    On the other side, I started preparing for bbq. So put the coal on stove, heat it up and once it burns, transfer it on aluminum foil.

    Pour oil on the top and bbq fumes started. Cover it immediately and leave it for 2 mins. After 3 min when you uncover it, you smell the bbq.

    Tawa beef bihari is ready. Serve with paratha, hara raita and salad.
