Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 4pork paupiettes (stuffed pork rolls)
  • 1small amount of tomato paste
  • 3/4 cuptomato purée (about 200 ml)
  • 1onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1little oil

Steps

    Sauté the sliced onion in oil. Add the pork paupiettes.

    Add the tomato paste and tomato purée, then season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms (I used frozen and added two generous handfuls).

    Cover and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes, turning the paupiettes occasionally.
