It's simple, yummy, quick n easy Making shake.
Steps

Chop onion n tomato finely. Dice 1 potato.

Boil some water adding salt, turmeric powder, and oil. Separate cauliflower florets. When water starts boiling, add cauliflower florets n boil for 1 or 2 minutes.

Strain n rinse with cold water cauliflower florets. Heat oil n add small diced potatoes. Cover n cook potatoes until soft.

Remove potatoes when they are completely cooked. Now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds n curry leaves in oil. Let them saute for a while, add finely chopped onions and cook until translucent.

Add green chili n ginger garlic paste. Let them saute until fragrant. Add finely chopped tomatoes n mix well.

Add all the powdered masalas mentioned above n mix well. Add some water n cook until oil gets separated from masalas.

Add potatoes and cauliflower florets. Add Maggi masala. Add water to adjust consistency.

Cover n cook for 2 minutes. Uncover n add coriander leaves.

Serve this gobhi with potato hot with chappati.
