Peel off the back of your potatoes, cut and boil them, add some seasoning while boiling.(it shouldn’t be too soft). Drain and allow to cool.

Break the eggs in a bowl, add some seasoning,onions, peppers and whisk properly.Deep the potatoes in the egg making sure the potatoes are well coated.

Heat up oil in a frying pan on medium heat,Fry and flip until golden brown.
