Ice cream Bread

An easy recipe with only three ingredients and a hit among kids. #toc1

Take the softened ice cream in a bowl and stir till it is smooth.

Add the self raising flour to the ice cream mixture and fold it gently witha spatula.

Add in the rainbow sprinkles.

Line a 9"*3" bread loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer the batter into it.

Drizzle more rainbow sprinkles on the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or till a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Once done, remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.

Cut into thick slices and serve.
