Suji is a coaŕsly ground whole wheat . It is good for kids . Easily digest tasty & healthy. Many types of dishes we can prepare for kids from suji .
Steps

In a bowl add suji & curd mix it with egg beater. Add 1/4 cup water & salt.Again mix it very well & keep aside for 10 minutes.

After that take a nonstick pan
brush the oil very light & then take a round shape service spoon fill it with material & drop on the pan & move it as a circle. - 3
Now take a onion circle put on it & some chopped veggies put in the onion circle, press it with palm or fingers. After proper cooked change the side.

When cooked both side. Move on the pan. Its ready.
Colour always attrack kids, so they easily convence. Uttpam is very light snack. We can pack it in kids lunch box.
