Thai Fried Cauliflower

Collect the ingredients.

Wash the cauliflower and separate florets from cauliflower. Heat water in a pan, add salt. Let it to be boil.

Add cauliflower florets, boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame. Strain it. Take a bowl, add florets.

1/2 tsp salt, black pepper powder, cornflour.

Add maida, mix well. Add little bit water so that florets are well coated.

Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying. Place the coated florets in hot oil until golden brown and crispy on medium to high flame. Turn off the flame.

Take them out in a plate. Heat another kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, garlic, saute for a minute, add ginger, saute for a minute.

Add green chilli, onion, saute for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add half tsp soya sauce, mix well.

Add hot sweet tomato chili sauce, reduce the flame. Mix well. Add fried florets.

Mix well. Turn off the flame. Ready to serve. Enjoy
